Montana is ranked #7 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey

 Montana has moved up 20 spots since 2017, reaching its highest ranking to date and its first top 10 states appearance. It realized a 32-spot gain in “Discovery” and a 26-spot gain in “Overall Treatment of Tort and Contract Litigation.”
