Oklahoma is ranked #14 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey
The Sooner State has moved up 17 spots since 2017, reaching its highest ranking to date. The state improved in nine out of 10 categories, most notably in “Juries’ Fairness,” where it rose from #27 to #1.
