Kansas is ranked #32 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey
This was Kansas’ worst-ever Lawsuit Climate Survey showing. It declined in nine categories, dropping 31 positions in the “Treatment of Class Actions and Mass Consolidations Suits” category, but saw a five-spot increase in “Trial Judges’ Competence.”
