In the latest issue of the ILR Research Review, we look at ILR’s 17th Annual Legal Reform Summit, The Litigation Machine, and research released at the event, such as a study on the use of contingency fee counsel by local governments and a data analysis on trial lawyer advertising of drug and device litigation. The review also highlights a study on asbestos litigation and trust claims in Newport News, VA. Other highlights include two ILR opinion surveys, one on data privacy and an election night survey on voter’s views on legal reform issues.
