Texas Enacts COVID-19 Protections for Businesses
On June 14, 2021, Gov. Greg Abbott signed Texas’ COVID-19 liability protection bill. The law will protect businesses, educational institutions, and healthcare providers that follow public health guidance in response to COVID-19.
