North Dakota Enacts COVID-19 Liability Protections for Businesses and Healthcare Providers

On April 23, 2021, Gov. Doug Burgum signed North Dakota’s COVID-19 liability protection bill. The law will protect businesses that follow public health guidance against COVID-19 related lawsuits. Additionally, the law will protect healthcare providers and product manufacturers from pandemic-related lawsuits.
