Florida Enacts COVID-19 Protections for Businesses

On June 29, 2021, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed Florida’s COVID-19 liability protection bill. The law will protect educational institutions from civil liability for actions taken in response to COVID-19, including moving classes online.
