California is ranked #48 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey
This was the Golden State’s lowest ranking, and its fifth-consecutive bottom-five showing. Los Angeles and San Francisco both made the list of “Cities or Counties with the Least Fair and Reasonable Litigation Environment” in 2019.
