Nick Lucas serves as executive director for research and data analytics at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform (ILR). In this capacity, he partners with legal professionals, advocates, and economists to empower advocacy through a synthesis of traditional research and data analytics.
ILR’s research explores a wide array of challenges, from broad civil justice trends and their causes to highly specific litigation issues, and provides solutions for policymakers, courts, and practitioners. Mr. Lucas received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and his MA from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
