While Congress Debates, Businesses Live in Fear of Lawsuits

As Congress continues to debate a phase four COVID package that is set to include timely, targeted and temporary liability protections, businesses are living in fear of COVID lawsuits. Faces of Lawsuit Abuse asked small business owners across the U.S. to share their story. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, ILR and nearly 500 additional organizations recently wrote to congressional leaders urging them to include liability protections for businesses and healthcare providers in the next coronavirus bill.
