What Won’t Cure Corona: Lawsuits

As coronavirus continues to deliver a severe blow to our economy and our nation struggles to recover one thing that will not help our economy is to allow lawsuits to proliferate according to an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal by Evan G. Greenberg, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chubb. 

Greenberg writes that  “Unchecked litigation for any injury linked to the coronavirus would significantly increase uncertainty—for small businesses, nonprofits, corporations, universities, transit systems, shopping malls and retirement villages.”
