West Virginia Editorial Takes on Legal Reform Critics
The Charleston (WV) Daily Mail editorial board takes on critics of legal reform, writing, “Pro-business groups are interested in creating a more business-friendly legal climate. The “personal injury bar and its friends” who are “protesting loudly at the prospect of legal reform” are no more important than the “hundreds of thousands of state residents who would benefit from it,” continues the editorial.
