Washington, D.C.— Nathan Morris, vice president for legislative affairs of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform, made the following statement following Gov. Jim Justice’s announcement of the first-ever appointees to the newly created West Virginia Intermediate Court of Appeals:
