U.S. Chamber And ILR Push For Timely, Targeted, And Temporary Liability Protections

A top legislative goal for ILR and the U.S. Chamber is to provide a safe harbor from COVID-19-related lawsuits for businesses who follow government guidelines, according to a report in Roll Call. “The approach needs to be timely, it needs to be targeted, and it needs to be temporary,” said Neil Bradley, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s chief policy officer.
