“Tsunami” of TCPA Lawsuits Spreading Across the Country, says Pennsylvania Attorney

Phoney Lawsuits: Man Has Filed 80 Lawsuits And Uses Sleuthing Skills To Track Down Defendants: A Tennessee man with three cell phones has filed 83 lawsuits over Telephone Consumer Protection Act violations since 2014, including 19 this year.
