The “Most Comprehensive Legal Reform Opportunity in a Decade” Is Upon Us

President Trump is expected to begin reviewing a series of legal reform bills that aim to modernize class-action practices, discipline attorneys who file dubious claims, and ensure cases are filed in appropriate courts, among other provisions.

It appears the “clouds are finally parting” writes Bloomberg BNA as the House is strongly supportive of the legislative package, Speaker Paul Ryan’s “must past menu” includes legal reform, and President Trump appears “open to supporting legal reform.”
