SCOTUS May Review Case that Spurred “Widespread Confusion”

No Charges After Trial Lawyer Allegedly Siphoned Donations To Democratic Judge: West Virginia prosecutors will not pursue charges against a trial lawyer who allegedly funneled thousands of dollars to the 2012 reelection campaign of a judge who secured a $38 million verdict for one of his clients. The prosecutors said they do not believe they can complete an investigation before the statute of limitations ends. (Daily Caller)
