Prosecutors drop FCPA appeal

After nearly four years, the government announced that it has ended its prosecution of Lindsey Manufacturing for alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  In 2011, a federal judge dismissed jury convictions against the company and its executives after finding prosecutors had tainted the case with falsehoods and failures to comply with judicial orders, reports the American Lawyer.
