Plaintiffs Lawyers Make Millions in “Fees They Won For Helping No One And Doing Nothing Constructive”

“Assuming everyone wants a system that helps compensate aggrieved parties for real damages suffered, and not just to reward trial lawyers’ greed and creativity, Congress should pass Goodlatte’s [FICALA] bill,” writes the Washington Examiner.

The bill, Fairness in Class Action Litigation Act (FICALA) would make improvements to the system, which is currently “rigged in favor of everyone except actual victims.”
