Plaintiffs’ firm Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll donated more than $70,000 to numerous state attorney general campaigns since 2010, reports Legal Newsline.
Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood is one of the 13 current AGs to have accepted contributions from the class action firm.
In 2012, Hood hired the firm to litigate a class action over the anti-seizure drug Depakote, a case which resulted in a $250,000 settlement payout for Cohen Milstein.
