Landmark Supreme Court Ruling Continues To Impact State Cases

Delaware lost its number one spot for the first time ever in what Reuters calls a “key business survey”, which ILR released yesterday at the U.S. Chamber’s Small Business Summit.

South Dakota is the new top state. Delaware had been number one in every survey since 2002, but has now fallen to 11th.

The full survey and the rankings of all 50 states can be found on ILR’s website, here. The survey was widely covered by national and local media, including wire services like the Associated Press and local outlets reporting on their state’s ranking.
