Judge Blocks Lawsuit Lenders from NFL Settlement

Fla. High Court Won’t Rule On Gov.’s Plan To Name 3 Justices: The Florida Supreme Court declined to rule on whether Gov. Rick Scott can name the next three Supreme Court justices on his final day in office. The court said they “must wait until a government official has acted” in order to issue a ruling. (Law360)

Call it the “Mystery of the Missing Memo”: A memo written by a Texas asbestos plaintiffs’ firm and used to coach witnesses before depositions has gone missing from Wikipedia.
