Third Circuit Rejects “Buyer’s Remorse” As An Injury: The Third Circuit upheld a New Jersey federal court decision that dismissed a proposed class action based on consumers’ “buyer’s remorse” over buying talcum powder products, but have not caused in an injury. Chief Circuit Judge David B. Smith wrote in the majority opinion that “buyer’s remorse, without more, is not a cognizable injury under Article III of the United States Constitution.” (Law360)
