Attorneys with Napoli, Bern, Ripka, Shkolnik law firm, which in 2013 brought 32% of all case filings in Madison County—90% of which were lung cancer claims—just a year after opening its doors, met with asbestos attorneys in the area to discuss restoring their practice to a “manageable and realistic level.” (Washington Examiner)

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, Motley Rice, and Labaton Sucharow are teaming up to bring legal action against major U.S. stock exchanges, including BATS Global Markets, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the Chicago Stock Exchange, and the New York Stock Exchange. The complaint alleges the defendants “handed unfair advantages to high-frequency traders to the detriment of regular investors.” (Wall Street Journal)
