In the News Today – October 9, 2015

The Polish online newspaper Prawnik (The Lawyer) carries an article highlighting the recent litigation funding market analysis released by ILR’s Justice Not Profit campaign. The article not only addresses the fact that the litigation funding market in the UK increased from from £180 million pounds in 2009 to £1.5 billion pounds currently, but also highlights the fact that the industry remains unregulated and lacking in transparency.
