Report: MDL Cases Have Tripled In Last 25 Years: A report from Lawyers for Civil Justice found that multi-district litigation cases have more than tripled between fiscal year 1992 and fiscal year 2017. Product liability lawsuits account for almost 88 percent of that growth. (Law.com)
