Chevron claims that the controversial Donziger/Ecuador $9.5 billion judgment against the company, labeled as fraudulent by a U.S. federal judge, “was ghostwritten by lawyers for indigenous Ecuadorians,” according to international arbitration transcripts. (Law360)
