A California auto dealership, Lampe Dodge-Chrisler-Jeep, has filed a lawsuit in California Superior Court against the Keller, Fishback & Jackson law firm in a lawsuit that alleges “the firm refused to release the dealership from an asbestos wrongful death case despite having no evidence proving causation or liability.” The dealership’s attorney, Michael J. Lampe, asserts that the allegations in his client’s lawsuit “rises to the level of probably criminal activity.” (Legal Newsline/Washington Examiner)
