The plaintiffs’ attorneys who “raked in more than $200 million” in settlements from shareholder litigation against brokerage house MF Global are seeking “a total of $42.1 million — $38.8 million in fees and $3.3 million in expenses — for their “skill, tenacity and effective advocacy” in working on the shareholder litigation.
