Another Attempt to Impeach West Virginia Supreme Court Justices May Be Coming: New articles of impeachment against suspended state Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry may be filed next week and could focus on his federal conviction on 11 counts of wire fraud, mail fraud, witness tampering and lying to federal agents.
