Lawsuit Lender Trying Again to Recoup Money Off Invalidated Loans: Thrivest Specialty Funding, which offered lawsuit loans to former football players in the NFL concussion litigation, is trying again to compel a client to pay back a loan despite the judge declaring such arrangements “void, invalid and of no force and effect.” The company was denied a similar request earlier this year.
