Arizona AG Tom Horne is suing General Motors for about $3 billion, claiming the company “sold millions of unsafe vehicles and should be forced to compensate the state over the alleged lost value of vehicles.” GM already faces investigations by the Justice Department, SEC, and Canada, as well as a lawsuit by the Orange County, CA district attorney, and numerous individuals.
