Federal Judge Says His Overworked Colleagues on Bench Close to “Breaking Point”: Chief U.S. District Judge Morrison England of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California said “he and the five other judges on his bench are sometimes working more than 80 hours a week trying to make a dent in the pile of pending cases.” (Wall Street Journal)
