Liquidators for two Bear Sterns hedge funds have sued Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, Moody’s Investors, and Fitch Ratings, accusing them of misleading investors about the quality of their ratings. The funds are seeking more than $1 billion in damages. Wall Street Journal
