NFL Attorneys Ask Judge to Investigate Fraud: Yesterday, lawyers for the National Football League asked Judge Anita Brody to investigate the “significant evidence of widespread fraud” in the $1 billion concussion settlement. The lawyers said there is evidence that some law firms and doctors have tried to submit fraudulent claims. (Associated Press)

California Court to Review Class Certification in Illinois Biometric Data Lawsuit: The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said it will postpone the start of a trial in a class action lawsuit against Facebook over the use of facial tagging features. The court said it will review the case’s class action certification. (Chicago Tribune)
