Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-UT) sent a letter to the Internal Revenue Service criticizing the agency’s hiring of the Quinn Emanuel law firm for an audit of Microsoft. Hatch said the hiring appears to violate federal law and the will of Congress. (Wall Street Journal)
