- Objector: Target Data Breach Deal Favors Few Consumers: Law360 reports that “an objector to a $10 million deal to let Target Corp. out of multidistrict litigation over a notorious 2013 data breach asked the Eighth Circuit on Wednesday to vacate the settlement, saying the single settlement class did not adequately represent a large number of consumers.” (Law360)
