Despite public criticism, Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell continues to hire outside plaintiffs’ lawyers to argue cases brought by the state. He recently hired nine different law firms to represent the state in a case against drugmaker AstraZeneca. (Legal Newsline)
