A New York judge ruled that a malicious prosecution suit brought by Facebook against several law firms that represented an abusive plaintiff against the company could proceed. The plaintiff, who is now a fugitive, faces criminal charges for fraudulently claiming he had a contract entitling him to an 84 percent stake in Facebook. (Law 360)
