  • CA Enacts ADA Lawsuit Reform Law: California Governor Jerry Brown signed an Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuit reform bill that “gives small businesses with fewer than 50 employees time to fix access violations. Businesses that hire a certified specialist with have 120 days to make specified minor repairs to their establishments. The Civil Justice Association of California tweeted that the bill will “help increase access for disabled & reduce some of the extortionate ADA lawsuits.” (Central Valley Business Journal
