- Cuban Calls on SCOTUS to Review SEC Courts: Celebrity “Shark Tank” entrepreneur Mark Cuban has urged the U.S. Supreme Court “to take up the controversy over the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s in-house court”, calling the current system a “farce” that “puts any judicial review of the system out-of-reach for most defendants.” (Law360)
