J&J Gets Win in Missouri Talcum Powder Trials: A Missouri jury last week returned a complete defense verdict for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) after the jury deliberated for less than a day. The jury found that there was not enough evidence to convince them that the plaintiff’s ovarian cancer was caused by daily use of talcum powder. (Law360)
