Missouri Governor Signs Change to Expert Witness Standards: Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens signed legislation to change the standard for vetting expert witnesses in jury trials, a move to boost the economy by improving the legal climate for businesses in the state. Lisa A. Rickard, ILR President, applauded Missouri for “turning the corner on legal reform” with this important legislation. (U.S. News)
