The judge that approved the $1.2 billion Toyota settlement wants prosecutors to continue to investigate individual employees, but the Manhattan U.S. Attorney says he believes the settlement was the “final resolution” of the case. Wall Street Journal

A lawyer who has previously represented both plaintiffs and defendants was nominated to lead the Delaware Chancery Court. The previous chancellor, Leo Strine, became chief justice of the state supreme court earlier this year. New York Times
