ADA Lawsuits Continue to Grow With an Increased Focus on Internet Technologies: A recent report found that Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) related litigation has increased by 37% from 2015 to 2016. A large portion of this growth is due to “litigants’ increased focus on internet-based technologies, including websites and mobile applications.” (Retail Law Advisor)
