ILR Urges DC Bar to Reject Rules That Could Expand TPLF: ILR and three other associations strongly urged the D.C. Bar Association to reject a proposed rule change that would encourage third party litigation funding (TPLF) in the District’s legal system. This move would expose D.C.’s courts to more litigation funding that benefits only the investors and the lawyers, not the clients in search of legal help. (ILR)
