Virginia doesn’t want one of Bloomberg’s environmental prosecutors sent to its AG’s office: Lawmakers in Virginia’s General Assembly have voted not to allow the state’s attorney general’s office to accept help from a program financed by Michael Bloomberg, which pays lawyers to work at state attorney general offices for the purpose of pursuing litigation against fossil fuel companies.
