- Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Accused of Gamesmanship: In Illinois federal court of Tuesday UPS accused EEOC of “gamesmanship in asking [the] court for a ruling that EEOC is the only party permitted to use experts in this case when there has never been any suggestion in a joint discovery plan or at any time in this court that UPS is not permitted to do so.” (Law 360)
