Plaintiffs’ Firm in Center of Overbilling and Public Corruption Controversy Wants to See Judge’s Communications: Labaton Sucharow LLP, the plaintiffs’ firm at the heart of a potential overbilling and public corruption scandal, filed a motion Friday evening seeking communications between the court and a former judge who served as special master in an investigation into the alleged overbilling. The motion comes after an unsuccessful attempt to get the judge overseeing the case to recuse himself. (Law360)
