A Manhattan, NY plaintiffs’ firm has filed a class action lawsuit against Chobani, Inc., claiming the company “tricks consumers into thinking their product is actually Greek” even though “there is nothing ‘Greek’ about the products.” Chobani counters that the suit is without merit and “is the equivalent of complaining that Canadian bacon isn’t from Canada.” (WSJ Law Blog)
